Master Planned Developments

Successful master planned developments integrate urban planning, environmental sustainability, and neighbourhood and community development. JDSi brings significant experience to any project team and has demonstrated our ability to work collaboratively consultants to develop sustainable communities with the necessary social and commercial outcomes.

Subdivisions

JDSi has undertaken numerous subdivision developments of all sizes across Western Australia, and offer our Clients value adding engineering services through the entire life cycle of a subdivision from planning through to clearances. JDSi has developed strong relationships with local government agencies and all services authorities which greatly assists us in delivering successful projects for all our Clients.

Brownfield Developments

With metropolitan land values increasing, many well located and underutilised sites are being considered for redevelopment and so Brownfield developments have seen a significant increase within the Perth Metropolitan area. The challenges for Brownfield developments differ to Greenfield Developments in regards to requirements for demolition, site remediation and upgrading / relocating existing infrastructure. Since our inception JDSi has developed the capability and expertise to manage these challenges and also capitalise on the opportunities created by these projects.

Medium & High Density Infill Developments

An increasing demand for medium and high density developments in Western Australia has led to a different approach required by Civil engineers. JDSi understands this and works collaboratively with the built firm Architects and consultants to co-ordinate the ground works scope and interface with the surroundings.

Industrial Developments

Industrial developments have specific design requirements that differ from residential developments, including provision for large vehicles, services with larger capacity and less focus on public open space. Flexibility in lot design is also critical to allow for the dynamic nature of the Industrial market.

Strata Developments

JDSi has successfully delivered strata developments in the Perth Metropolitan area and across regional Western Australia. We pay close attention to the specific design requirements for these developments and co-ordinate with the built form given the space restrictions.

Power & Communications
